My work explores the photographic narrative, where the lyric and the autobiographical story converge in different directions. My images present a complex experience of time, a tension between linear temporality that encompasses the socio-historical context of images and the imaginary and emancipatory temporality of stories where everything seems significant and possible. Research on the photographic story and its relationship with literature has been manifested differently in each project, adapting narrative resources and photographic aesthetics according to the subjective intentionality that the subject inspires and the desire to convey to the viewer a proposal for dialogue and reflection. There are two scenarios where my work finds its scope: the shared world, where my commitment and participation in the analysis of what surrounds us are reflected and on the other hand, the reflection of an intimate setting and the need to express feelings and evocations. Both scenarios tend to concur in the proposals and essays of my work.

About
I study and work in Valencia as a Professor of Technical Drawing and Design. My photographs are part of the collections of Lola Garrido, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Marugame Hirai Museum of Art in Japan. My photographic work has been developing in the field of photographic reporting and narrative, where the lyric and the autobiographical story converge in different directions. I'm a passionate traveller, and with photography, I can tell about my experiences. Currently, I'm working on various projects produced in Spain, Bolivia and Senegal.
