Artdoc Magazine is an online magazine dedicated to the world of art and documentary photography.
How often do you publish?
We publish our digital magazine six times a year as a bi-monthly magazine. You can find the issues via the link: www.artdoc.photo/issues. Moreover, we publish every week new articles on our website with news items, in-depth articles about photo culture, submission features, and portfolio interviews.
How do I sign up to Artdoc Magazine?

How do I submit my work?
To submit your work, we kindly invite you to sign up to Artdoc Photography Magazine to show your support and interest in our magazine. With your subscription, you have access to all our digital issues, articles, and member-only submission forms. You will find the open call opportunities via the link: artdoc.photo/submit.
What are the submission opportunities?
By submitting your work, you get the chance to be showcased in our online exhibitions and on our special Featured Submissions page. In addition, you get the opportunity to be featured in our magazine issues or receive an invitation for a portfolio interview.
Do I keep my copyrights?
By submitting your work through our submission forms you always keep the copyrights. With the submission forms, you give us permission to publish your images in our online exhibitions, features, issues, social media pages, and in our promotional material such as slideshow videos and Instagram stories.
Why has my work been rejected?
Artdoc is by any means entitled to refuse publication of entries that do not fit within the ethical and aesthetic parameters of the magazine. Offensive images in terms of politics, race, gender and or women’s issues can meet refusal by the board. Explicit nudity and images of overtly submissive postures have the risk of being rejected.
How do I change my account details?
With the account icon on top in the right corner, you can change your account details, such as changing your password, name, or email.
How do I update my payment information?
With the account icon on the top in the right corner, you can change your payment information by clicking on "Plans" and then "Manage Subscriptions". You will be redirected to our Stripe payment dashboard. On this page, you can manage your payment method.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Once your order for a digital subscription has been accepted, the subscription will continue and renew automatically until it is ended by you. Subscriptions on Artdoc Magazine renew automatically unless you unsubscribe before the next payment period starts. You can check the next payment period in the Membership window of your subscription profile.
You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full charges for the period in which you discontinued service. You will not be charged again. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in Artdoc within your account dashboard. How do I cancel my subscription when I have paid with PayPal?
To cancel your PayPal subscriptions, log in to your PayPal account, and manage your automatic payments. Make sure that you cancel any subscriptions before the next billing cycle, or you will be charged for another period. Even if you cancel a subscription, it should remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
