Beyond the image of the scene, beyond the place or the objects captured, there’s the memory of the moment; Within the mind’s eye, a subtle evolution constantly alters the reality of what was through an undetectable merging of reality with imagination and desire. In this series, I offer one version of a particular moment; the scene is set, however, the story’s left as a blank page, free to be filled in by the unique experience and memory of the viewer. In time, or within us, and in our unique versions of the truth? If there’s truth to the notion that places or objects remain as they were at a certain point in time, it’s that they can and do change within us that gives way to the question: which side of the glass does reality truly reside?
