The new photo festival in Pärnu is called into existence in 2018 by Pärnu City Gallery and it aims to revitalize the art scene during the winter season and open up different aspects of art.The photo festival that was born from the experiment last winter will, therefore, be held for the second time in early 2019. From the end of January to the end of February, most of the city's exhibition spaces are filled with the thematic exhibitions of the festival.
