Founded in 1978 by Jean-Luc Monterosso, Henry Chapier, Marcel Landowski and Francis Balagna, the association "Paris Audiovisuel" is at the origin of the biennale of the Month of the photo, as well as the creation of a remarkable collection of photographs and one of the largest specialized libraries in Europe.
