From December 6, 2023, to April 14, 2024, Images Vevey is opening the doors of L'Appartement - Espace Images Vevey for the eighth session of exhibitions, the last before the Images Vevey biennial in September 2024. L'Appartement - Espace Images Vevey will showcase three prestigious artists: Christophe Anderson (CA), Jean-Marie Donat (FR), and Kristine Potter (US). Images Vevey invites its audience to celebrate St. Nicholas' Day in their company. The opening event is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, starting from 5:30 pm, in the presence of the artists and Santa Claus.

For this eighth group of exhibits, L’Appartement showcases Christopher Anderson’s trilogy of family photographs in Les Chambres, and revives our memories of Christmas festivities at home with Jean-Marie Donat’s collection of portraits on display in Le Couloir.

Kristine Potter, laureate of the Grand Prix Images Vevey, presents Dark Waters in Le Salon and Le Cinéma, evoking the domestic violence pervading the popular culture and landscape of southern USA.

The programming lineup of L'Appartement - Espace Images Vevey reflects the historical function of these apartments, which once housed railway workers at Vevey train station. For this reason, the majority of the offerings are connected to this domestic and familial theme.
